Hi I'm Ash!

I am a certified QHHT practitioner, group regression facilitator, coach, mentor, and the creator of The Rosarium — a space for soul-deep transformation rooted in the alchemy of liberation. I came to this work not through a calling I always knew, but through a crisis I could no longer outrun — a night on the edge of myself where I discovered I had built a granite box around my own soul, and that only I could get myself out. Hypnosis cracked it open. From there, I relentlessly unraveled everything that was never mine — the shame, the stories, the conditioning — and found the work that keeps calling to my heart and soul.

With over 15 years of leadership experience and a practice that weaves past life regression, somatic healing, and the ongoing study of shame and embodiment, I guide the ones who are done circling the edge and ready to step into the water. I am not a practitioner who has arrived. I am one who refuses to stop — studying, facilitating, investing in my own education and experiences, and offering back what was so graciously given to me.

My work lives at the intersection of the mystical and the embodied, the sacred and the sensual, the ancient and the achingly real. If something in you recognizes something in me — that is not an accident.

My mission

My mission is to guide others home to themselves through the alchemy of past life regression, subconscious and somatic healing, and the radical liberation of shame, so they can stop circling the edge of their own lives and step fully, freely, and sovereignly into them. I believe the world needs a quiet rebellion. Not performative. Not borrowed. The real kind, one soul at a time, choosing to look inward instead of outside. That rebellion begins here.

My vision

A world where no one has to build a box to survive themselves.

Where shame loses its grip, not through suppression or performance, but through the radical act of being truly, finally seen. Where we are free to inhabit our bodies without apology, to move within our sensuality without shame, and to meet ourselves and each other with the kind of love that has nothing left to prove.
